缩口成形能制成美观高强度与刚度的零件。相同零件如以拼焊或旋压法制造,则在产量及质量上都相差甚远。有关缩口理论分析及设计方法的文献甚少。对变形过程的研究也不够充分,不利于对生产的指导。本文分析了变形各阶段的情况和问题。对高出口凸台,小圆角的零件提出了活动芯模缩口成形法,初步试验结果指出,该方法新制零件外形清晰,内孔尺寸精确,缩口道次减少50~60%,可供生产上参考应用。
Necking can be made into beautiful high strength and rigidity of the parts. The same parts, such as welded or spunlaced manufacturing, are far in terms of yield and quality. There is little literature on necking theory and design methods. The study of the deformation process is not sufficient, not conducive to the guidance of production. This article analyzes the various stages of deformation and problems. For the parts with high exit bosses and small fillets, the movable core mold necking forming method is proposed. The preliminary test results show that the new part of the method has a clear shape, an accurate bore size and a reduction of 50-60% Production reference application.
