目的探讨品管圈活动降低慢阻肺患者无创机械通气并发症发生率的作用。方法 2015年9月起,成立品管圈活动小组,对上海市浦东新区人民医院呼吸内科的慢阻肺患者无创机械通气过程进行调查,分析导致无创机械通气并发症发生的真因并拟定对策,按品管圈活动程序实施对策和效果确认,比较品管圈活动前后无创机械通气并发症发生率的变化。结果开展品管圈活动后,慢阻肺患者无创机械通气并发症发生率由57.8%降至14.3%,达到了制定的目标,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈应用于慢阻肺患者无创机械通气的管理中,可有效降低无创机械通气并发症发生率,保证患者的安全,在激发护理人员管理潜能的同时,提高了护理质量。
Objective To explore the role of quality control loop in reducing the incidence of non-invasive mechanical ventilation complications in COPD patients. Methods From September 2015, a quality control circle activity group was set up to investigate the noninvasive mechanical ventilation of COPD patients in Respiratory Medicine of Pudong New Area People’s Hospital of Shanghai. The causes of non-invasive mechanical ventilation complications were analyzed and the countermeasures were drawn up. According to the quality control cycle activity program to implement the countermeasure and effect confirmation, and to compare the changes of non-invasive mechanical ventilation complication rate before and after the quality control circle activity. Results After conducting QC activities, the incidence of noninvasive mechanical ventilation complications in patients with COPD decreased from 57.8% to 14.3%. The goal was achieved. The difference was statistically significant before and after (P <0.01). Conclusions Quality control ring is applied to the management of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in patients with COPD, which can effectively reduce the incidence of non-invasive mechanical ventilation complications and ensure the safety of patients, and improve the quality of nursing care while stimulating nursing staff’s management potential.
