目的探讨喹诺酮类抗生素的光敏反应,为临床防治提供正确的指导。方法回顾性分析我院2008~2010年的喹诺酮类抗生素的出库资料及上报的不良反应,分析涉及的喹诺酮类药品种类和光敏反应发生率。结果共涉及11个药品种类,以左氧氟沙星(33.4)、氧氟沙星(20.4)和环丙沙星(12.8)为主。共有54例发生光敏反应,光敏反应发生率为1.6。以氟罗沙星、培氟沙星和司帕沙星的发生率最高,发生率分别为7.1、3.2和3.0。结论喹诺酮类抗生素的光敏反应发生率较高,临床应避免应用易产生光敏反应的药物,有效做好防治工作。
Objective To investigate the photochemical reaction of quinolone antibiotics to provide the correct guidance for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods The data of quinolone antibiotics in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and the reported adverse reactions were analyzed. The types of quinolones involved and the incidence of photochemical reactions were analyzed. The results involved a total of 11 kinds of drugs, with levofloxacin (33.4), ofloxacin (20.4) and ciprofloxacin (12.8) based. A total of 54 cases of photosensitive reaction, the incidence of photosensitive reaction was 1.6. The highest incidence of fleroxacin, pefloxacin and sparfloxacin, the incidence rates were 7.1, 3.2 and 3.0. Conclusions The incidence of photosensitive reaction of quinolone antibiotics is high, so it is necessary to avoid the use of drugs that are sensitive to photosensitization in clinical practice and effectively prevent and treat them.
