目的:分析常用傣药“傣百解”原植物等9种云南产牛奶菜属植物种间亲缘关系。方法:应用ISSR分子标记技术。结果:从60个ISSR引物中筛选出25个引物用于试验,共扩增出391个条带,每个引物检测到的位点为8~21,平均每个引物扩增出15.6个位点;种间遗传相似系数(GS)在0.667 5~0.821 0;9种牛奶菜属植物间,傣百解Marsdenia auricularis sp.nov.ined.为通光散M.tenacissima的近缘种,云南牛奶菜M.balansae与海枫屯M.officinalis间的亲缘关系最近。结论:ISSR结果支持傣百解为牛奶菜属植物,且与通光散近缘,牛奶菜属多种民族药和民间药值得深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the genetic relationship among nine species of genus Dactylogyrus, such as the common Dai medicine “Dai Baijian” and the original plants. Methods: ISSR molecular markers were applied. Results: A total of 25 primers were screened out from 60 ISSR primers. A total of 391 bands were amplified. The number of loci detected was 8-21 for each primer, and 15.6 loci were amplified for each primer ; The genetic similarity coefficient (GS) was between 0.667 5 and 0.821 0; between Marshallia auricularis sp.nov.ined, 9 species of genus Gynostemma, the relative species of M. tenacissima, M. balansae and Haifengtun M.officinalis relationship between the recent. Conclusion: The ISSR results support Dai Bai solution as a genus of milk genus, and it is closely related to Tongguang Powder, various ethnic medicines and folk medicine of Milkweed deserved further study.
