目的研究过氧乙酸与温度协同杀菌作用,为扩展其应用空间提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法 ,观察不同温度对过氧乙酸协同杀菌效果。结果在25℃条件下,800 mg/L过氧乙酸消毒液作用1 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢、蜡样芽孢杆菌芽孢和酸土脂环酸杆菌芽孢平均杀灭对数值依次为0.48、0.23和0.82;将作用温度升高到65℃时,对上述3种细菌芽孢的平均杀灭对数值均可达到7.00以上。结论温度对过氧乙酸的杀菌能力具有协同增强作用,随作用温度升高,过氧乙酸杀菌效果逐渐提高。
Objective To study the synergistic bactericidal effect of peracetic acid and temperature in order to provide a basis for expanding its application space. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the synergistic bactericidal effect of peracetic acid at different temperatures. Results Under the condition of 25 ℃, 800 mg / L peracetic acid disinfectant for 1 min, the suspension of Bacillus subtilis Bacillus cereus, Bacillus cereus and Alicyclobacillus acidophilus average kill logarithm value of 0.48, 0.23 and 0.82, respectively. When the temperature of action was increased to 65 ℃, the average kill logarithm of above three kinds of bacterial spores could all reach above 7.00. Conclusion The temperature has synergistic effect on the bactericidal ability of peracetic acid. With the increase of temperature, the bactericidal effect of peracetic acid gradually increases.
