运用已经校准的五孔探针测定双旋流空气雾化喷嘴中同向和反向旋转的双旋流器产生的流场。实验表明,反向旋转的双旋流器产生的流场与同向旋转的双旋流器产生的流场比较起来,有以下一些特点:反向旋转时旋转射流的切向速度及轴向速度沿轴线的衰减比同向旋转时快,反向旋转时产生的回流区比同向旋转时产生的回流区直径要小,长度要短。
The calibrated five-hole probe was used to measure the flow field generated by the co-rotating and counter-rotating double cyclones in a dual-swirl air atomizer. Experiments show that the flow field generated by the counter-rotating double swirler has the following characteristics compared with the flow field generated by the double-swirler with the same direction: the tangential velocity and the axial velocity of the rotating fluid during reverse rotation The attenuation along the axis is faster than that in the same direction, and the backflow zone generated in the reverse rotation is smaller than the backflow zone generated in the same direction of rotation, and the length is shorter.
