我厂正在向现代企业制度过渡,原有的统计管理方法和体系必须相进行改革。在未来的沪东造船重工集团内,为了加强对统计工作的管理力度,拟在规划计划部内设置“统计信息中心”配备主任1名,综合统计员4名,负责集团的统计信息管理工作,为集团领导及时提供高质量的统计服务:一方面要通过各种调查方法,搜集企业内外经济运行全过程的信息(数据、情报、资料等),同时运用掌握的信息为集团领导提供咨询服务(提出分析、建议和对策方案),另外,根据统计调查和统计分析,从总体上对企业运行状况实施监测和预警,对集团下属各部门提出考核和奖惩的定量依据。
