本研究工作是为了解决汽车生产实际中镗孔工序表面光滑度不够高的问题而进行的。在对现在冲击式消振器性能试验的基础上,文中提出了一种新型的机床消振器──摆动式消振器。文中对镗杆振动的性质和形式进行了分析。并将别就用来消除金刚镗床镗杆的横向及扭转振动的摆动式消振器的工作原理进行了阐述。针对不同形式和频率的振动,文中提出了几种摆动式消振器的设计方案。对其中部份设计的初步试验结果表明,这种消振器对消除镗刀杆的振动有比较明显的效果。本文还讨论了摆动式消振器的优缺点,并指出了一些应用的可能性。
This research work is to solve the problem that the surface smoothness of boring process is not high enough in the actual production of automobile. Based on the performance test of the present shock absorber, a new type of vibration absorber of the machine tool is proposed. In this paper, the nature and form of boring bar vibration are analyzed. And will not be used to eliminate the boring bar King Kong boring bar and torsional vibration of the oscillating shock absorber working principle is described. Aiming at the vibration of different forms and frequencies, several designs of oscillating damper are proposed in this paper. The preliminary test results of some of the designs show that this kind of vibration absorber has obvious effect on eliminating the vibration of the boring bar. This article also discusses the pros and cons of oscillating dampers and points out the possibilities for some applications.
