β_2-MG最初是从肾小管疾病患者尿中分离出来的,是由100个氨基酸残基组成的单链多肽低分子蛋白质,分子量为11800,电泳在β_2-MG区,故称β_2-MG,由有核细胞分泌,其存在于有核细胞的表面,主要是淋巴细胞及血小板表面.血清β_2-MG极易透过肾小球基底膜,滤过的β_2-MG99.9%由肾小管以胞饮形式摄取,并在肾小管上皮细胞内降解,不再回血循环.正常人β_2-MG合成率及细胞膜上的释放量相对恒定,以极微量存在于血、尿、脑脊液等液体中,其功能尚不清楚,但被认为与免疫反应有关.通过测定以上液体中的β_2-MG,有助于肝脏疾病的诊断、分期、疗效判断及预后估计.1 材料和方法1.1 病例选择:收集我院住院病人57例,诊断按1995年全国传染病与寄生虫学术会议修订标准,急性乙型肝炎11例,慢性乙型肝炎中度9例,重度12例,乙型肝炎后肝硬化25例,均排除高血压、糖尿病、肾病、泌尿系感染等疾病;对照组20人,均为来我院体检合格者.
