目的:制备双嘧达莫生物黏附微球,考察双嘧达莫生物黏附微球体外释药特性与含量。方法:应用正交试验设计优化双嘧达莫生物黏附微球处方,采用高效液相色谱法测定双嘧达莫生物黏附微球的含量与释放度。结果:双嘧达莫生物黏附微球的最佳处方:双嘧达莫投药量为10g、乙基纤维素用量为12g、司盘80用量为6g。结论:本试验建立的双嘧达莫高效液相色谱测定方法简便、可靠,双嘧达莫生物黏附微球处方设计合理,制备工艺简单,双嘧达莫生物黏附微球体外释药试验表明该制剂具有一定缓释特性。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres and study the in vitro release characteristics and content of dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation of dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres. The content and release of dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The best prescription of dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres was dipyridamole dosage 10g, ethyl cellulose 12g, Span 80 dosage 6g. Conclusion: The method for the determination of dipyridamole in this study is simple and reliable. The prescription of dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres is reasonable and the preparation process is simple. The in vitro release test of dipyridamole bioadhesive microspheres shows that Preparation has a sustained release characteristics.
