随着科学技术的发展和进步,现代飞机的电气、电子功能不断加强,如:电传系统,ACARS系统等的大量使用,自身维护诊断系统日趋完善。787飞机更是使用了很多全新的技术,将“易维修式设计”理念提升到全新的高度,维修工作量显著下降,但技术含量明显上升。飞机的技术量不断增加,我们要逐步改变传统的维护和排故思路,开发利用机上资源和其它电子信息,广泛了解制造厂和其它客户的维护信息,提高维护效率和质量。
With the development of science and technology, the modern electric and electronic functions of aircrafts are being strengthened. For example, the extensive use of telex systems and ACARS systems, and the maintenance and diagnosis of self-diagnosis systems are increasingly perfected. 787 aircraft is the use of many new technologies, the “easy maintenance-style design” concept to a whole new level, maintenance workload decreased significantly, but the technical content increased significantly. We are going to gradually change the traditional maintenance and troubleshooting ideas, develop and utilize in-flight resources and other electronic information, and extensively understand the maintenance information of manufacturing plants and other customers so as to improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance.
