目的 探讨运动神经元病 (MND)患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF- 1)变化的临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫法测定 2 1例 MND患者血浆 IGF- 1水平 ,同时测定其血清胰岛素和空腹血糖水平 ,并设立正常对照组。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,MND患者血浆 IGF- 1水平显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;虽然两组血糖水平无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但患者组血清胰岛素水平明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 提示 IGF- 1系统参与了 MND的发病机理 ,神经营养支持的缺乏是导致脊髓运动神经元变性的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of plasma insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in patients with motor neuron disease (MND). Methods The level of plasma IGF-1 in 21 MND patients was determined by radioimmunoassay. Serum insulin and fasting blood glucose levels were also determined. A normal control group was established. Results Compared with the normal control group, plasma IGF-1 level was significantly decreased in patients with MND (P <0.05). Although there was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups (P> 0.05), serum insulin level decreased significantly (P <0. 05). The conclusion suggests that IGF-1 system is involved in the pathogenesis of MND. The lack of neurotrophic support is one of the reasons leading to degeneration of spinal motoneurons.
