美国中小学教师培训逐步进入发展完善阶段,对提高美国教师质量和学生学业成就、实现教育价值起到重要的辅助作用。随着我国中小学教师培训的进一步发展,对美国中小学教师培训的研究也日益深入。本文综述了近三年来美国中小学教师培训研究内容,为国内外教师培训研究提供参考。
The training of primary and secondary school teachers in the United States has gradually entered the stage of development and improvement, which plays an important auxiliary role in improving the quality of American teachers and students’ academic achievements and realizing the educational value. With the further development of primary and secondary school teachers’ training in our country, the research on primary and secondary school teacher training in the United States has also deepened. This article reviews the recent three years of primary and secondary school teacher training in the United States, providing reference for the training of teachers both at home and abroad.
