随着高教事业的推进,高校大学生中农村生源所占比例和数量呈现增长态势。与此同时,在农村籍大学新生英语听力教学过程中,日渐暴露出制约他们语言能力和水平发展的诸多问题。农村籍大学新生,尤其是英语专业的学生,英语听力较差。在教学中有必要分析原因,探讨积极应对策略和措施,以缓解农村籍大学新生英语听力教学压力,提高农村籍大学生的英语听力水平,丰富英语听力教与学的方法和手段。
With the promotion of higher education, the proportion and number of college students in rural areas shows a growing trend. In the meantime, many problems that limit their language ability and level development are gradually exposed in the freshmen ’s English listening teaching at rural university. Freshmen from rural areas, especially English majors, have poor English listening ability. In teaching, it is necessary to analyze the reasons, to explore positive coping strategies and measures to relieve the pressure of English listening teaching for rural freshmen, to improve the English listening ability of rural college students and to enrich the methods and means of English listening teaching and learning.
