为适应反犯罪、反贪污贿赂斗争的需要以及保护公民权利与自由的需要,为适应维护统一的法律空间、为国家重要规划的实现保驾护航的需要,进一步发展包括总检察院在内的俄罗斯联邦检察机关体系的各级机关,使其现代化的问题被提上了工作日程。作为上述工作的组成部分,俄罗斯联邦首先于2006年6～12月对其总检察院进行了机构改组。2006年12月至今,俄罗斯联邦总检察院又对其机构进行了部分调整。本文拟研究俄罗斯联邦总检察院机构改组的原因、内容和特点,并对其改组工作做出自己的评价。
In order to meet the need of fighting crime, fighting corruption and bribery and protecting civil rights and freedoms, in order to maintain the unified legal space and escort the realization of important national plans, the procuratorial organs of the Russian Federation Organizations at all levels of government agencies to make it modernization has been put on the agenda. As part of that effort, the Russian Federation first institutionalized its Attorney General’s Prosecutor’s Office from June to December 2006. Since December 2006, the Procuratorate of the Russian Federation has partially adjusted its establishment. This article intends to study the reasons, contents and characteristics of the reorganization of the procuratorate of the Russian Federation and to make its own assessment of the reorganization.
