甲状腺髓样癌（MTC）是甲状腺滤泡分细胞的恶性肿瘤，既往常易误诊，近甘年来逐渐被人们所认识。我院自1963年10月至1990年12月共收治甲状腺癌1124例，其中MTC62例，占同期甲状腺癌的5．5％。现分析如下。临床资料一、本组资料62例中，男性26例，女性36例，男女之比为1：1．5。
Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) is a malignant tumor of thyroid follicular cells. It was often misdiagnosed. It has been gradually recognized for many years. In our hospital from October 1963 to December 1990, a total of 1124 cases of thyroid cancer were treated, including 62 cases of MTC, accounting for 5.5% of thyroid cancer in the same period.
