提出了基于EDA仿真技术的多层PCB设计方法,借助EDA仿真技术可以使设计者对PCB板的信号完整性以及电源完整性做出更精确的判断。这对于多层PCB板的设计具有实用意义。
A multi-layer PCB design method based on EDA simulation technology is proposed. With EDA simulation technology, designers can make more accurate judgment on the signal integrity and power integrity of the PCB. This is of practical significance for the design of multilayer PCBs.
