目的 研制微波骨肿瘤治疗仪的微波加热、测温和病案管理控制系统 .方法 利用面向对象的 Windows可视化编程工具 Delphi5 .0 ,在 Windows 98环境下对系统进行编程 .结果 在 HDZ- 1型微波骨肿瘤治疗仪系统上成功实现了温度采样和微波功率的可调输出 .达到了手术中实时温度监测以及微波系统的自动开关 ,并且设计了实用的手术病案管理系统 .结论 通过上述功能的实现 ,使得手术医生能够有效的控制手术的进程 ,提高了微波骨肿瘤治疗技术在临床上的治疗效果 .
Objective To develop a microwave heating, temperature measurement and case management control system for microwave bone tumor therapeutic apparatus. This method uses object-oriented Windows Visual Programming Tool Delphi5.0 to program the system in Windows 98 environment. The result is in HDZ-1 type microwave bone. On the tumor treatment instrument system, the temperature sampling and the adjustable output of the microwave power were successfully achieved. The real-time temperature monitoring during surgery and the automatic switching of the microwave system were achieved, and a practical surgical case management system was designed. Conclusion Through the implementation of the above functions, The surgeon can effectively control the progress of the operation and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of microwave bone tumor treatment technology.
