目的阐述了一种仿生膜在尿液回收水的应用研究。方法利用聚合物相转换法进行膜的制备,通过高渗透压的可食用提取液进行水回收,利用SIEMENS ADVIA 1800全自动生化分析仪进行钾、钠、氯、钙、镁离子浓度检测及尿素氮、肌酐、胆红素、微生物定量分析检测。结果与原尿液相比,回收液中有害物质的浓度下降比例分别为:尿素氮82.27%,肌酐97.18%,钾离子96.27%,钠离子94.22%,氯离子94.35%,胆红素66.67%。结论使用该仿生膜,利用可食用提取液可以从尿中回收水。
Objective To describe the application of a biomimetic membrane in urine recovery of water. Methods The membrane was prepared by polymer phase inversion method. The water was extracted by high osmotic pressure edible extract. The concentrations of potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium and magnesium were measured by using SIEMENS ADVIA 1800 automatic biochemical analyzer. , Creatinine, bilirubin, microbial quantitative analysis test. Results Compared with the original urine, the concentration of harmful substances in the recovery liquid was decreased by 82.27%, 97.18%, 96.27%, 94.22%, 94.35% and 66.67%, respectively. Conclusion Using this bionic film, water can be recovered from urine using an edible extract.
