通过水热法制备了Er3+掺杂的SrTiO3系列光催化剂,对样品进行了X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外可见吸收光谱和比表面积分析,并以染料降解考察了样品的光催化活性。研究表明,Er3+的适量掺杂抑制了SrTiO3粒径生长,增加了SrTiO3对太阳光的利用率。在紫外光和可见光辐照下,水热法制备Er3+-SrTiO3的光催化活性优于纯SrTiO3和高温固相反应制备的Er3+-SrTiO3。当掺杂量为1.5%时,SrTiO3的光催化活性达到最大,且在可见光辐照下的光催化活性优于TiO2(P25)光催化剂。
The Er3 + -doped SrTiO3 photocatalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method. The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, UV-Vis absorption spectra and specific surface area. The photocatalytic activity of the sample was investigated by dye degradation. The results show that proper doping of Er3 + can inhibit the growth of SrTiO3 particle size and increase the utilization of SrTiO3 to sunlight. Under ultraviolet light and visible light irradiation, the photocatalytic activity of Er3 + -SrTiO3 prepared by hydrothermal method is better than pure SrTiO3 and Er3 + -SrTiO3 prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction. When the doping amount is 1.5%, the photocatalytic activity of SrTiO3 reaches the maximum, and the photocatalytic activity of SrTiO3 under visible light irradiation is better than that of TiO2 (P25) photocatalyst.
