作为新兴产业,上半年我国服务外包业发展受到广泛关注。商务部日前公布的今年1-6月数据显示,中国企业同“一带一路”沿线国家新签订服务外包合同金额同比增长33.5%,成为经济新的增长点。近年来,我国服务外包产业快速增长态势减缓,面临的挑战不断增多。自2014年起增速就明显放缓,尤其离岸外包份额日益萎缩。业内人士认为,正在积极推进中的“一带一路”建设为服务外包行业的转型创新提供了新动力,亟待深挖潜力,考虑重新制定国际化服务外包战略。
As a new industry, the development of China’s service outsourcing industry received widespread attention in the first half of this year. The data released by the Ministry of Commerce from January to June this year showed that the newly signed service outsourcing contracts with Chinese enterprises along the “Belt and Road” route increased by 33.5% over the same period of last year, becoming a new economic growth point. In recent years, the rapid growth of China’s service outsourcing industry has slowed down and the challenges it faces have been constantly increasing. Since 2014, the growth rate has obviously slowed down. In particular, the share of offshore outsourcing has been declining. The industry believes that the “One Belt, One Road” initiative in the process of providing positive momentum has given new impetus to the transformation and innovation of the service outsourcing industry. It is urgent to tap the potential and consider re-enactment of an international service outsourcing strategy.
