目前,农村中职教育存在的突出问题是人才培养的质量不能很好地满足社会需求。结合我校这几年实践中存在的一些问题,提出了一些相应的对策和建议,以为探索一条适合农村职校校情人才培养模式提供一些借鉴。 At present, the outstanding problem in secondary vocational education in rural areas is that the quality of personnel training can not meet the needs of society well. Based on some problems existing in the practice of our school in recent years, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide some reference for exploring a training model of school-affection talent in rural vocational schools.
