党的十六届四中全会提出了构建“和谐社会”的理念,这对新形势下的公安工作提出了新的要求。本文通过对公安高等院校学生利益需求特点分析,进而对公安高等院校和公安高等院校组织目标的适应性情况进行研究,致力打造情感-目标激励模式。希望以此对原有的警务化管理制度进行完善创新,为公安高等院校引导学生的行为提供依据,实现公安高等院校学生管理的科学化和创新化。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of building a “harmonious society”, which sets new demands on public security work in the new situation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of students’ interest needs in public security colleges and universities, and then studies the adaptability of organizational goals of public security colleges and public security colleges and universities to build the emotional-goal incentive model. It is hoped that this will improve and innovate the original policing management system and provide the basis for the public security colleges and universities to guide students’ behavior and realize the scientific and innovative management of public security colleges and universities.
