作者们复习了103例听神经瘤,局限在内耳道内者15例,近又增加10例共25例,因在解剖和临床上与常见的在内耳道外的大肿瘤不同,特著文报道。25例患者中,男17,女8,年龄在18～70岁之间,肿瘤在左侧者15例,右侧10例。病程6月～35年,平均4年,6例病程较短,但其中3例为多发性神经纤维瘤合并双侧听神经瘤。所有患者均有耳聋,其次分别有耳鸣、走路不稳,
The authors reviewed 103 cases of acoustic neuromas, 15 cases were limited to the inner ear canal, and nearly 10 cases were added to 25 cases. This was different from common large tumors outside the ear canal in anatomy and clinic. Special articles were reported. Of the 25 patients, 17 were males and 8 were females, aged 18 to 70 years, with 15 tumors on the left and 10 on the right. The duration of the disease ranged from June to 35 years, with an average of 4 years, and the duration of the disease was shorter in 6 cases, but 3 of them were multiple neurofibromas combined with bilateral acoustic neuromas. All patients had deafness, followed by tinnitus and unstable walking.
