玻璃纤维废水COD值较高,可生化性差,目前常规生化处理方法对该废水的处理效果较差。为提高污水处理能力,降低污水处理厂投资及运行费用,本文以MBR法在某玻璃纤维公司污水厂内进行污水深度处理及回用的试验研究。探讨MBR法处理玻璃纤维废水的可行性,并进一步实验分析HRT及温度对其效果的影响。结果表明:MBR法处理后出水COD基本稳定在100~150 mg/L之间,MBR法深度处理玻璃纤维废水比较可行。停留时间HRT为8~10 h时MBR效果最佳,温度与MBR出水COD成反比关系,水温为20~25℃时处理效果较佳。
The higher the COD value of glass fiber wastewater, biodegradability is poor, the current conventional biochemical treatment of the wastewater treatment less effective. In order to improve the sewage treatment capacity and reduce the investment and operation cost of the sewage treatment plant, this paper uses the MBR method to conduct a pilot study on the advanced treatment and reuse of wastewater in a fiberglass wastewater treatment plant. The feasibility of treating glass fiber wastewater by MBR was discussed, and the effect of HRT and temperature on its effect was further analyzed experimentally. The results showed that the effluent COD after MBR treatment was basically stable between 100 mg / L and 150 mg / L, and it was feasible to process glass fiber wastewater by MBR. When HRT is 8 ~ 10 h, the MBR is the best, and the temperature is inversely proportional to the MBR effluent COD. When the water temperature is 20 ~ 25 ℃, the treatment effect is better.
