目的探讨原发性高血压与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、血脂及血糖之间的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者110例为高血压组,健康者100例为对照组。所有研究对象均空腹取肘静脉血,测定空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和血浆Hcy水平,测量身高、体重及血压。比较两组FPG、TC、TG及Hcy。结果高血压组TC、TG及Hcy水平[分别为(5.94±0.39)mmol/L、(1.88±0.36)mmol/L、(16.18±2.47)μmol/L]均明显高于对照组[分别为(5.47±0.29)mmol/L、(1.58±0.21)mmol/L、(10.03±1.73)μmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组FPG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压病患者Hcy及血脂水平增高可能参与高血压的发生,是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between essential hypertension and plasma homocysteine (Hcy), blood fat and blood glucose. Methods 110 patients with essential hypertension were selected as hypertension group and 100 healthy controls as control group. All subjects were fasted and their venous blood samples were collected. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and plasma Hcy were measured to measure height, weight and blood pressure. The two groups of FPG, TC, TG and Hcy were compared. Results The levels of TC, TG and Hcy in hypertensive group [(5.94 ± 0.39) mmol / L, (1.88 ± 0.36) mmol / L and (16.18 ± 2.47) μmol / L] were significantly higher than those in the control group 5.47 ± 0.29 mmol / L, (1.58 ± 0.21) mmol / L, (10.03 ± 1.73) μmol / L, respectively). There was no significant difference in FPG between the two groups (P < P> 0.05). Conclusion Hcy and hyperlipidemia in hypertensive patients may be involved in the occurrence of hypertension, which is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
