目的:调查研究赣州市章贡区饮用水中大肠杆菌及钙镁离子含量。方法:运用分离培养法检测水(自来水、桶装矿泉水、井水、赣江水、章江水)中大肠杆菌的数量,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定了不同水质中Ca、Mg元素的含量。结果:测量研究发现,只有自来水的细菌学指标合格,5种水的钙镁离子含量均较低。结论:应加强水源管理,有关部门应加强监管力度。
Objective: To investigate the contents of Escherichia coli and calcium and magnesium ions in drinking water in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City. Methods: The quantity of Escherichia coli in water (tap water, bottled mineral water, well water, Ganjiang water, Zhangjiang water) was detected by isolation and culture method. The contents of Ca and Mg in different water quality were directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: According to the measurement study, only the bacteriological indexes of tap water were qualified, and the contents of Ca and Mg in the five kinds of water were lower. Conclusion: Water source management should be strengthened and relevant departments should strengthen supervision and control.
