为明确体内张拉成形网格结构张拉方式对结构成形过程受力的影响特点,提出两种张拉方案:整体分次和分批分次。采用ANSYS有限元程序,由张拉方式对结构上弦弯矩的影响出发,通过理论分析,从结构弯矩值分布和两种张拉方式下的弯矩对比值分布两个角度,对结构弯矩特点作了较为详尽的分析。结果表明:从对结构弯矩的影响特点出发,分批分次张拉成形方案切实可行,成形过程中,结构的上弦弯矩主要集中于跨中部分,且分布较为均匀,另外,跨中部分的结构选型应予以重视。
In order to clarify the effect of tensioning grid structure tension in the structure forming process on the force, two tensioning schemes are proposed: overall grading and batch grading. Using ANSYS finite element program, starting from the influence of tensioning method on the bending moment of the structure, through the theoretical analysis, from the angle distribution of the bending moment and the distribution of the bending moment in the two tensioning modes, Features made a more detailed analysis.
