以太潮流域的30个粳稻品种为材料,用~(14)CO_2分别标记测定了五叶一心期整株秧苗的相对光合强度和乳熟期剑叶的光合强度。研究了光合强度和生育类型等品种特性的关系。供试材料两个生育期的光合强度品种间存在明显差异;同一品种不周生育期光合强度趋势也不一致;苗期和乳熟期表现高光合强度的品种数,中熟明显多于晚熟、糯稻明显多于粘稻。结合参考低[CO_2]和高[O_2]筛选结果,初步明确蒲荠糯等6个品种为高光合强度的种质。
Thirty japonica cultivars in the Tai Chao watershed were used as materials. The relative photosynthetic rate and the photosynthetic intensity of the flag leaf were determined by ~ (14) CO_2 labeling. The relationship between photosynthetic intensity and the characteristics of different types of fertility was studied. There was a significant difference in the photosynthetic intensity between the two growing stages of the tested materials. The trend of photosynthetic intensity in different growth stages of the same species was also inconsistent. The number of cultivars with high photosynthetic intensity in the seedling stage and the milky stage was significantly higher than that in the late maturing stage. Obviously more than sticky rice. Combining with low reference [CO_2] and high [O_2] screening results, six varieties with high photosynthetic intensity were initially identified.
