北宿煤矿隶属于煤炭工业部山东煤炭工业管理局兖州矿务局,是国营生产矿井。位于兖州矿区的南部,孟子的故乡——邹城市境内。井田东西走向长11km,南北倾斜宽1.5～3km,面积为27km~2。现有地质储量8024万t,可采储量5678.1万t。赋存条件较好,共有可采煤层四层(15、16、17、18层),总厚度3.7m;其中稳定可采煤层两层(16、17层),平均厚度0.9m,生产能力1.26t/m~2;煤层倾角2°～15°,属三类型矿井。生产工艺为放炮落煤和设有挡铲煤板的150型输送机及配有可伸缩胶带的转载机运煤。原设计能力年产量45万t,实际年产量60万t以上。现矿井正在进行改扩建,改扩建完成后,年生产
