随着国家西部大开发政策及开放带动战略的实施,西部地区的社会经济发展突飞猛进,交通设施日益成熟、完善,外资企业进驻随之增多,与日本的经济贸易、文化交流日益频繁,日本入境旅游市场也逐渐成为西部地区主要的客源市场,社会对日语人才尤其是应用型、复合型人才的需求也越来越大;随着日本社会的老龄化日趋严重,西部地方院校学生去日本留学和就职成为可能,传统的日语人才培养模式已越来越不适应社会对日语人才的需要。因此,只有对人才培养模式进行改革,对人才培养方案进行调整和完善,才能积极主动适应社会发展的需要。

As the aging of Japanese society worsens, students from the local tertiary institutions in the western part of Japan go to study in Japan And employment as possible, the traditional model of Japanese personnel training has become increasingly unsuited to the needs of Japanese society for Japanese talent. Therefore, only by reforming the personnel training mode and adjusting and perfecting talent training programs can we proactively adapt ourselves to the needs of social development.
