传统的高职公共英语教学存在教学周期短、教材更新快、学生实践能力低等不足,为提高其教学质量,应实施岗位对接改革,以岗位需求为导向,建立信息共享平台,制定教学过程性考评机制,因材设教,有效提升公共英语教学的针对性。
