为进行隧道及地下工程地质灾害注浆治理的效果评价,降低开挖风险,提出一种注浆效果综合评价方法,基于注浆量分析法、检查孔分析法、P-Q-t曲线法以及地球物理探测法,分析并确定注浆效果的主要影响因素,采用层次分析法,建立注浆效果评价指标体系层次结构模型并量化各评价因子,运用模糊综合评价法对二级和一级指标因素进行评价,通过分析评价结果,建立了优、良、中、差4个反映注浆效果的评价等级标准。采用该评价体系及等级标准对江西永莲隧道F2断层破碎带帷幕注浆的治理效果进行评价,隧道实际开挖情况与评价结果基本吻合,初步实现了注浆效果评价从定性、经验性向科学化和半定量化的转变,研究成果可在今后类似工程中推广应用。
In order to evaluate the effect of grouting in geological disasters of tunnel and underground engineering and reduce the risk of excavation, a comprehensive evaluation method of grouting effect is proposed. Based on grouting amount analysis method, check hole analysis method, PQt curve method and geophysical exploration method , Analyzed and determined the main influencing factors of grouting effect, established the hierarchical structure model of grouting effect evaluation index system and quantified the evaluation factors by AHP, evaluated the secondary and primary index factors by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Analyzed the evaluation results, established four evaluation standards of grade, good, middle and poor, which reflect the grouting effect. The evaluation system and grading standards were applied to evaluate the grouting effect of Curtain grouting in F2 fault zone of Yonglian Tunnel in Jiangxi Province. The actual excavation of the tunnel basically agrees well with the evaluation results, and the grouting effect is preliminarily realized from qualitative and empirical to scientific And semi-quantitative changes, the research results can be popularized and applied in similar projects in the future.
