针对环锁型快开盲板在工程应用中存在的主要问题,分析了门盖开闭困难或密封失效的原因,介绍了自主发明的鞍形橡胶密封圈的结构原理及应用情况。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建模,对自主发明的鞍形橡胶密封圈和进口的唇形橡胶密封圈进行密封性能比较分析与研究。结果表明:在相同的工况条件下,鞍形橡胶密封圈的各项密封性能指标均优于唇形橡胶密封圈,且其自身的Mises应力分布也优于唇形橡胶密封圈,不影响实际使用寿命。鞍形橡胶密封圈已应用于国产化高压大口径环锁型快开盲板,鞍形密封圈及其配套的密封结构可以解决快开盲板启闭过程中的卡死问题。
In view of the main problems existing in the engineering application of the ring lock type quick release blind plate, the reasons for the difficulty in the opening and closing of the door cover or the sealing failure are analyzed. The principle and application of the self-invented saddle rubber sealing ring are introduced. ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to make a comparative analysis and research on the sealing performance of self-invented saddle-shaped rubber seals and imported lip-shaped rubber seals. The results show that under the same operating conditions, the sealing performance of saddle rubber sealing ring is better than the lip rubber sealing ring, and its own Mises stress distribution is better than the lip rubber sealing ring, does not affect the actual Service life. Saddle-shaped rubber seals have been applied to the domestication of large-diameter high-pressure ring-lock quick-opening blind, saddle-shaped seal ring and its supporting seal structure can quickly open and close the blind opening and closing process stuck problem.
