为了解决传统的飞行流量与预测系统中飞行器的分布状况在二维平面上显示不能反映其空间性的问题,提出了利用3DGIS技术在系统中监视空间范围内的飞行活动。介绍了飞行流量预测系统的功能及其实现,重点研究了利用Skyline的TerraExplorer Pro制作空域三维场景的主要过程,以及利用TerraDeveloper提供的接口自定义业务功能。空域流量的三维监视对飞行流量管理提供了有力的支持,是现有空域飞行流量监视的必然趋势。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional flight flow and the distribution of the aircraft in the forecasting system can not reflect its spatiality in the two-dimensional plane, a 3DGIS technique is proposed to monitor the flight activities in the system in the space. The function and realization of flight flow forecasting system are introduced. The main process of making airspace 3D scene by TerraExplorer Pro of Skyline and the business functions of the interface provided by TerraDeveloper are emphasized. The three-dimensional monitoring of airspace traffic provides strong support for flight traffic management and is the inevitable trend of existing airspace traffic monitoring.
