目的:观察川芎嗪预处理对大鼠心肌细胞缺氧/复氧(A/R)损伤的保护。方法:利用心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤模型,川芎嗪注射液预处理对心肌细胞进行预处理。结果:川芎嗪提高心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤后心肌细胞存活率、减少细胞丙二醛产生、减少乳酸脱氢酶的漏出。结论:川芎嗪对乳鼠心肌细胞有预处理保护作用。其机制与提高心肌细胞抗氧自由基的能力,抑制脂质过氧反应,减轻心肌细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤,保持细胞膜结构的完整性来实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effects of tetramethylpyrazine pretreatment on hypoxia/reoxygenation (A/R) injury in rat cardiomyocytes. Methods: Cardiomyocytes were treated with hypoxia/reoxygenation injury model and Ligustrazine injection preconditioning was used to pretreat myocardial cells. RESULTS: Tetramethylpyrazine improved myocardial cell survival after hypoxia/reoxygenation injury, reduced cell malondialdehyde production and decreased leakage of lactate dehydrogenase. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine has protective effect on cardiomyocytes of suckling mice. Its mechanism is to improve the ability of myocardial cells to resist oxygen free radicals, inhibit lipid peroxidation, reduce myocardial lipid peroxidation damage, and maintain the integrity of cell membrane structure.
