高新技术企业的最大资产就是人才资源,因此如何有效地激励员工进行不断的创新是高新技术企业管理者的重要任务。然而,实践证明传统的激励机制已经不能满足高新技术企业的发展,而“情感激励”是二十一世纪激励方式,是体现企业人本管理的一种新的激励模式。因此本文研究了情感激励的意义,并结合高新技术企业人才的特点提出了高新技术企业人才情感激励的模式。
The biggest asset of high-tech companies is talent resources. Therefore, how to effectively motivate employees to carry out continuous innovation is an important task for high-tech managers. However, practice has proved that the traditional incentive mechanism can no longer meet the development of high-tech enterprises, and “emotional incentives” are the incentive methods of the 21st century, and they are a new incentive model that embodies the enterprise’s humanistic management. Therefore, this paper studies the significance of emotional motivation, and combines the characteristics of high-tech enterprise talents to propose a model of high-tech enterprise talent emotional incentive.
