目的观察类风湿关节炎关节超声声像和血流动力学特点,探讨其与血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和疾病活动度的关系。方法超声检查29例类风湿关节炎患者双肩、双肘、双腕、双侧掌指关节及近端指间关节、双膝关节,测量其滑膜厚度(US joint count SH、US index SH)、关节积液(US joint count SF、USindex SF)及RI值,并进行能量多普勒评分(TSS),同时对受检患者进行DAS28评分,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中VEGF的含量。结果 RA患者血清VEGF与US joint SH、US index SH、US joint PD、TSS呈正相关,与RI呈负相关。RA患者DAS28评分与US joint SH、US index SH、US joint SF、US index SF、US jointPD、TSS呈正相关,与RI呈负相关。结论超声检查可以作为反映类风湿关节炎滑膜炎性病变及滑膜血管翳一种简单易行、安全有效的检查手段。
Objective To observe the ultrasonographic and hemodynamic characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis (SR) joints and to explore its relationship with the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and disease activity. Methods US joint count SH (US index SH) was measured in 29 patients with rheumatoid arthritis by double-shoulder, double-elbow, double-wrist, bilateral metacarpophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal joints and double knees. (US joint count SF, US index SF) and RI, and the energy Doppler score (TSS). At the same time, the DAS28 score of the patients was tested. The content of VEGF in the serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum VEGF in RA patients was positively correlated with US joint SH, US index SH, US joint PD, TSS and negatively correlated with RI. RA patients DAS28 score and US joint SH, US index SH, US joint SF, US index SF, US jointPD, TSS was positively correlated with RI was negatively correlated. Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used as a simple, safe and effective method to detect synovitis and rheumatoid arthritis of rheumatoid arthritis.
