商品安乃近(SP)栓剂用于婴儿退热,由于体温在短时内急速下降,可因休克等副作用而引起危险,因而需要一种使体温平稳下降、副作用较少、安全性较高的制剂。本文利用高熔点基质,或在基质中添加蜂蜡使SP缓慢释放,并探讨了蜂蜡抑制释放的机理。一般认为栓剂的熔点高,药物释放就慢。用Witepsol H15/E85 7:3的混合基质(熔点39.3℃),37℃时SP释放非常慢,39℃时释放增加,41℃时释放更快。用Witepsol H15/E85 1:1的混合基质(熔点40.7℃),在熔点附近(41℃)时,释放量才显著增加。说明
