整体吊弦是高速铁路接触网设备的重要零部件,其主要作用是控制接触线高度,保证弓网关系安全和良好的受流质量。近年来,武广、京广、京沪等高铁接触网在运行中均有整体吊弦断股、折断现象发生,直接影响行车安全。目前,整体吊弦故障已成为影响高铁安全的突出问题。本文针对吊弦折断原因进行分析,并结合法国高速铁路吊弦的结构形式和制造、试验方法,对我国高速铁路接触网整体吊弦的制造和整治措施提出了建议。
The whole suspension string is an important part of the high-speed railway contact net equipment. Its main function is to control the height of the contact line, ensure the safety of the bow net, and ensure the quality of the current flow. In recent years, Wuhan-Guangzhou, Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail catenary in the operation of the whole have suspended string broken stock, breaking phenomenon, a direct impact on traffic safety. At present, the overall suspension string failure has become a prominent issue affecting the safety of high-speed railways. In this paper, the reasons for the broken string are analyzed, and the structure and manufacture and test method of the string in France high speed railway are put forward.
