目的:建立同时测定血府逐瘀丸4种有效成分的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用 Kromasil ODS 色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.25%醋酸水溶液进行线性梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1),检测波长265 nm,进样量20 μL。结果:羟基红花黄色素 A 的线性范围23.85~119.3 μg·mL~(-1),芍药苷的线性范围140~644μg·mL~(-1),阿魏酸的线性范围10.25~47.15μg·mL~(-1),橙皮苷的线性范围130~598μg·mL~(-1);平均回收率(n=3)均大于96.6%,RSD 均小于2.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,能更加全面控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of four active ingredients of Xuefu Zhuyu pills. METHODS: A linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.25% aqueous acetic acid was used on a Kromasil ODS column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. 20 μL. Results: The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 23.85-119.3 μg·mL -1, the linear range of paeoniflorin was 140-644 μg·mL -1, and the linear range of ferulic acid was 10.25 - 47.15 μg. The linear range of mL~(-1) and hesperidin was 130~598μg·mL~(-1). The average recovery rate (n=3) was greater than 96.6%. The RSD was less than 2.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can more fully control the quality of the preparation.
