目的:观察淫羊藿乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠行为学和脏器指数的影响,探讨其抗衰老作用和功能药性部位。方法:采用D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠模型,分别灌胃给予53mg/kg、169mg/kg的淫羊藿乙酸乙酯提取物和85mg/kg、272mg/kg的淫羊藿正丁醇提取物,测试小鼠抓力、自主活动、悬尾及水迷宫的学习记忆成绩,并观察对脏器指数、骨骼重量和强度的影响。结果:淫羊藿乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物均可明显缩短水迷宫测试到达平台的时间和游泳总路程,对抓力、悬尾实验、骨骼重量和强度无明显影响;淫羊藿正丁醇提取物低剂量组可减少小鼠的自主活动并增加睾丸指数。结论:淫羊藿乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物能改善D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的空间学习记忆能力,淫羊藿正丁醇提取物可增加睾丸指数。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of Epimedium on the behavioral and visceral indices of aging mice induced by D-galactose, and to explore their anti-aging effects and functional medicinal sites. Methods: The model of aging mice was induced by D-galactose. Efferrant ethyl acetate extract (53mg / kg, 169mg / kg) and n-butanol extract of Herba Epimedium (85mg / kg, 272mg / , Test mice grasping ability, autonomic activity, tail suspension and water maze learning and memory performance, and observe the organ index, skeletal weight and intensity. Results: Epimedium ethylacetate extract and n-butanol extract significantly shortened the time and total swimming distance of the water maze test on the platform, and had no significant effect on the grip force, tail suspension test, bone weight and strength. Hypoglycemic alcohol extract low-dose group can reduce the autonomy of mice and increase testicular index. Conclusion: Epimedium ethylacetate extract and n-butanol extract can improve the spatial learning and memory abilities in aging mice induced by D-galactose. The n-butanol extract of Epimedium can increase the testicular index.
