为更好地开展运营隧道结构健康安全风险评估,引入云模型,讨论不确定性信息的随机性和模糊性,提出关于二维及多维云推理的安全风险等级评价方法。在建立评价指标体系的基础上,利用云数字特征描述安全风险等级、风险发生概率P和损失程度C,实现二维云推理;基于模糊推理思想,建立推理规则库,实现多维云推理。算例结果表明,基于云推理的安全评价方法有助于实现不确定性问题的表达,最终安全风险等级云图结果与实际情况相符。
In order to carry out the risk assessment of health and safety of operational tunnel structure better, a cloud model is introduced to discuss the randomness and fuzziness of uncertainty information. A safety risk assessment method based on 2D and multi-dimensional cloud reasoning is proposed. Based on the establishment of the evaluation index system, cloud digital features are used to describe the security risk level, the risk probability P and the loss degree C to achieve two-dimensional cloud reasoning. Based on the fuzzy reasoning theory, the reasoning rule base is established to realize multi-dimensional cloud reasoning. The results of the example show that the security assessment method based on cloud reasoning can help to realize the expression of the uncertainty problem. The final security risk level cloud image is in accordance with the actual situation.
