随着健美操、舞蹈类运动项目的普及,一种具有独特魅力的健身项目——健身瑜伽发展起来,悄悄地走进了人们的生活。由于它具有强身健体、调节身心、舒缓情绪等作用,对处于面临巨大学习压力阶段的青少年学生来说,不啻为一项很好的身心锻炼方法。本文通过体育教学经验的总结,试着对学校增设健身瑜伽课程的可行性和必要性进行探讨,以期得到一个结论:学校开设健身瑜伽课程是对现行教材的有益补充,符合现代教学的发展趋势。
With the popularization of aerobics and dance sports, a unique and attractive fitness program - the development of fitness yoga has quietly entered people’s lives. Because of its physical fitness, physical and mental conditioning, relieve mood and so on, for young students in the face of great pressure of learning stage, it is not a good physical and mental training methods. Based on the experience of PE teaching, this article tries to discuss the feasibility and necessity of adding fitness yoga course in school, with a view to concluding that the establishment of fitness yoga course in school is a useful supplement to the current teaching material and in line with the development trend of modern teaching.
