幼儿园集体教学活动是我国幼儿园的一大特色。当然,集体教学活动具有一定的优势:它有着特有的学习氛围,幼儿之间经验共享;可以培养幼儿的规则、合作、分享意识和自信心等;可以以最经济的时间,体现活动的高效性。但是集体教学活动存在的问题也是我们应该面对的:重视知识技能,忽略情感体验;过分追求隆重花哨的场面,偏离活动目标,失去活动的真正意义;依然以教师传授为主等。在我从教的幼儿园和班级,大部分的活动课程是以集体教学
Kindergarten collective teaching activities is a major feature of our kindergarten. Of course, the collective teaching activity has certain advantages: it has a unique learning atmosphere, sharing experiences among young children, rules for young children, cooperation, sharing awareness and self-confidence, etc. It can reflect the efficiency of activities in the most economical time . However, the problems of collective teaching activities are also what we should face: emphasis on knowledge and skills, ignoring emotional experience; excessive pursuit of grand and fancy scenes, deviating from the goal of activity, losing the true meaning of activities; still teaching mainly. In my kindergarten and teaching classes, most of the activity classes are taught in groups
