运动性损伤是指在体育运动过程中所发生的损伤。青春期由于身心发育特点,极易发生运动损伤,发生原因主要是思想认识不足、准备活动不够、过高估计自己、心理紧张或急躁、技术要领未掌握运用好、运动量过大、身体健康功能不良、场地器械和气候环境等条件不佳,自我保护和互相保护意识缺乏,等等。因此,学生在业余训练中要加强身心素质的全面锻炼,做好充分的准备活动,特别是加强易受伤部位的锻炼和准备,掌握好技术动作要领,练习认真,按要求正确操作,加强自我保护、互相保护意识、自我监督检查意识。
