目的:建立复方地黄合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Calesil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(51∶49),检测波长278 nm。结果:黄芩苷在10~80μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),低、中、高3种浓度的平均回收率分别为99.65%、100.87%、99.23%,RSD分别为0.43%、0.44%、0.44%。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方地黄合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Compound Dihuang Mixture. Methods: The mobile phase was Calesil C18 (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (51:49) at a detection wavelength of 278 nm by HPLC. Results: Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 9) in the concentration range of 10 ~ 80μg / mL, and the average recoveries of baicalin were 99.65%, 100.87% and 99.23% , RSD were 0.43%, 0.44%, 0.44% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Compound Rehmannia.
