幼儿教师专业成长是学前教育获得发展的重要一环,促进幼儿教师专业成长,需要社会多方面因素协调一致、相互配合。我省幼儿教师在职业态度、教育理念、学科专业知识、教育科研、学习手段等方面存在诸多问题。本文从政策环境、教育资源支持、培训体系、教育科研、专业自主成长等方面提出促进幼儿教师专业成长的有效途径,并给以详尽论述。
Preschool teachers’ professional growth is an important part of the development of preschool education. To promote the professional growth of preschool teachers, we need the coordination and cooperation of many factors in society. Kindergarten teachers in our province have many problems in terms of professional attitude, educational philosophy, disciplinary expertise, education, scientific research and learning methods. This article puts forward an effective way to promote kindergarten teachers’ professional growth from the aspects of policy environment, education resources support, training system, education and scientific research, and professional self-growth, and gives a detailed exposition.
