目前,多孔混凝土排水基层室内试验一般采用振动成型方法,利用该方法有利于强度形成,缺点是在施工铺筑时不利于路基平整度的保证。本文提出采用免振捣成型方法,该方法能有效保证路基的平整度,可作为免碾压施工工艺运用于道路基层工程。本文对两种不同成型方法的多孔混凝土进行路用性能对比研究,结果表明两种成型方法的多孔混凝土均具有良好的强度和排水性、较小的温度及干燥收缩性、良好的抗冻性等路用性能。通过试验路检测表明,多孔混凝土采用振动成型强度较高,而采用免振捣成型平整度较好。
At present, the indoor test of porous concrete draining grassroots generally adopts the vibration molding method, which is advantageous to the strength formation. The disadvantage is that it is not conducive to the guarantee of roadbed flatness when paving construction. In this paper, the method of vibration-free pounding molding is proposed. The method can effectively ensure the smoothness of roadbed and can be used as a roller-free construction technology in the roadbed. In this paper, two kinds of different forming methods of porous concrete road performance comparison study showed that the two forming methods of porous concrete have good strength and drainage, less temperature and drying shrinkage, good frost resistance Road performance. Test by the test road show that the use of porous concrete vibration molding strength is higher, while using vibration-free pound forming good flatness.
