1 引 言低钾性周期性麻痹简称HPP又称为家族性周期性麻痹[1]，为常染色体显性遗传病，在女性中外显率较低。我们观察1997年1月至1999年6月2个家系15例患者，除临床特点相同外，还有1例同时表现为呼吸肌麻痹，1例心律失常。现总结报告如下。2 病例报告2个家族共30人，HPP患?
1 Introduction Hypokalemic periodic paralysis referred to as HPP also known as familial periodic paralysis [1], is an autosomal dominant genetic disease, in women, lower penetrance. We observed 15 patients in two families from January 1997 to June 1999. In addition to the same clinical features, 1 patient also showed respiratory muscle paralysis and 1 arrhythmia.
